Who can use Mosh
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you're using Mosh on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to act on its behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law while using Mosh
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious software
- Disrupt the platform
- Reverse engineer the service
- Misuse AI features
- Use Mosh to discriminate against employees or applicants
AI-generated content
Mosh may generate content using artificial intelligence. While we work hard to provide accurate outputs, AI responses may occasionally contain mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business or employment decisions.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Occasionally, maintenance or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect access.
Intellectual property
All software, branding, designs, content and technology that make up Mosh remain our property unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of the information and documents you upload.
Subscription and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Termination
You may stop using Mosh at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosh will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify users before they take effect.
